The article substantiates the necessity of using specialized stands in the preparation of sportsmen-martial artists of various levels. Examples of outstanding athletes have shown that even highly skilled wrestlers need to work out motor actions to automatism. It was proposed to create complexes of instrumental methodological stands, for example, "video challenge" (training mannequin, computer, video camera, monitor for video modeling, lightproof screen, photo and strain gauges). The authors have already developed such a stand; its analogues are successfully used abroad, for example in boxing.
