Comportamiento de la activación cortical en topes de judo en diferentes etapas de entrenamiento.

(Behavior of cortical activation levels in judo stops during the various stages or meso-preparation systems)

The study of cortical activation is an important control point training loads. In planning training Judo preparation stops are a particular workload. This research aims to test the behavior of the levels of cortical activation after the stops made during the various stages or meso-preparation systems and checking their relationship before and after this work. Thirty female judo athletes underwent 442 measurements of cortical activation before and after their preparation stops in different meso-systems of the preparatory period. The diagnosis is made through the critical frequency of ocular fusion using Flicker test. A significant increase in cortical activation levels after the stops made at each stage showed training. These differences are greater in mesosystems special preparation varied, special and sportsmanlike manner. A highly significant relationship was found in the behavior of this variable before and after the activity carried on all meso-systems studied.
