The Throwers Podcast is an hour-long, in-person, audio interview. Podcasts will be released one per month through iTunes and this website free of charge. The topics of the interview will include personal histories, moods and opinions, current events in the sport, technical/training theory, personal anecdotes, and anything else that comes up over the course of the hour. This is a free forum to discuss anything and everything that is of interest to Track and Field fans. To get an idea of the format of our interviews, think of it as a strange cross between the "Adam Carolla Podcast," "Inside the Actor`s Studio," and "Charlie Rose on PBS."
