The study of the development process of any kind of sport has the high urgency, because allows to reveal the basic laws determining changes of its states, and on this basis to plan the further prospects. The laws, considered by authors are caused by the scientific and technical progress, the development of the social processes and changes of the functioning of the management-administrative structures supervising a kind of sport. The research of the development of a kind of sport is basing on the following methodological principles: 1. The principle of the system and integrated approach. 2. The remedial principle. 3. The principle of conflict. 4. The principle of educating influence. 5. The principle of predicting development.
