Analysis of factors of women`s judo sweeping hip throw technique

(Analyse von Einflussfaktoren auf die Hüftfegewurftechnik von weiblichen Judokas)

In this research, we have analyzed the kinematic factors of sweeping hip thraw technique in Judo with outstanding women players as our subjects, and the results are as follows: The total average required time for executing the sweeping hip throw technique came out to be 1.98±0.19 seconds. The offender controls the opponent's center in the balance-breaking phase, shows movement beneficial to her, and in execution 1st step, shows power in a short period of time in order for the effective offense with the shortest required time. In the change of center in forward and backward direction from ready position to 2nd step execution, S2 reduced the range of movement by decreasing the vibration of the center of weight in order to lift the opponent more easily with closer approach to the opponent compared to S1 and S3, and in 2nd step phase 4 in left and right direction, the deviation occurs according to the position of the right foot, which is used for throwing the opponent. The important factor came out to be how fast the offender can take the center of the opponent by lowering the center of weight in up and down direction. In order to execute the sweeping hip throw technique more effectively, the velocity of the center of body should be increased in the order of balance-breaking phase to positioning phase to execution phase
