The task to promote the application process falls within the PRAGUE OLYMPIC Organisation's responsibility. The initial contract was signed on Thursday 22nd March by the Czech International Committee chairman Milan Jirásek and the Prague mayor Pavel Bém. Advisory board consists of Jan Winkler, Richard Mar(ík and Jir(í Kynos. Its founders are the capital city Prague and Czech Olympic Committee; Tomáš Petera was nominated as chief. The managing board consists of Miroslav Sklenár(, Jir(í Toman, Václav Králíc(ek, Ivan Martínek, Jir(í Zedníc(ek a Jir(í Kejval, who were nominated by the founders. PRAGUE OLYMPIC, o.p.s. is divided in five sections: * Candidature procedure section * PR and marketing communication section * Marketing and sport projects * Olympic infrastructure section * Finances a trust section
