Formirovanie zdorov'ja vysokoklasnych sportsmenov posle zaversenija kar'ery v sporte vyscich dostizenij
(Die Gesundheit von Spitzensportlern nach Beendigung ihrer sportlichen Karriere)
The health preservation of active athletes and former athletes who turned to trainer work after the end of their elite sports career is an important problem of sport medicine.
In the authors' opinion, athletes' different organs and systems pathologic states are the result of their sport activities not conforming to the organism capabilities. The athletes' morbidity and its structure are substantially influenced by the training process type and physical exercises specific versions used in different kinds of sport.
