(Gegenüberstellung von Amateur- und Profisport in der olympischen Bewegung: historisch-theoretische Analyse)
The contradictions in the knowledge of professional and amateur sports as an object of the research have allowed the author of the article to concretize the problem through the questions: "What regularities and tendencies of the process of becoming and development of the professional and amateur sports in the Olympic movement?", "What are its further prospects?", "What should the control system of it be like?". The author highlighting the historical aspects of professional and amateur sports in the Olympic movement and trying to find the partial decision of the questions above given.
