In the work there are considered the questions of management the process of speed-power training of sportsmen in connection with its(her) specificity (structure of muscular fibers, cumulative effect of training) on the basis of the estimation of an operative condition of activity of periphery of the neuromuscular apparatus. The received results can be used in practice at the organization of separate occupation and their cycles in conditions of training-diagnostic complexes, and also in conditions of laboratory experiments with the artificially organized object of supervision.
