In the work the quantitative analysis of sinus arrhythmia on autocorrelogram of cardio intervals at rest and after realization of functional tests with muscular loading at healthy students was carried out. The main task of the research was the estimation of reaction of the cardiovascular system on physical loadings with the help of the autocorrelation analysis of duration of cardio intervals at students for the estimation of bearableness of physical loadings. The use of the autocorrelation analysis of cardio intervals, which was registered right after carring out the loading functional tests, allows to reveal some features of transients and change regulative influences on the rhythm of intimate activity not only on heart rate, but also on the ratio of parasympathetic and sympathetic components which receive objective reflection on autocorrelogramas.
