The change of educational paradigms with the boundary of centuries connects the purposes of education to change the quality of a human where the priority is the formation of the integral, harmonious and free personality.
The solving of these tasks demands the radical rethinking and reforming of the conceptual base of the basic educational subjects.
The theory (and the technique) of physical culture (TPC), entered into curricula of institutes of physical culture in 1979, on the rank at present time - the highest form of the development of the system of the scientific knowledge in its area. However its prematurely to speak about its full construction, because in the modern period it borrows the significant amount of data from the course of the theory of physical education. It is testifies the absence of enough proved methodological conceptual base in TPC.
