Research of activity of the human as ethnocultural, ethnopsychological traditions carrier, ability of his adaptation to the market, competition, rivalry, risk, to new socio economic conditions today is very urgent. There are two schools: western and eastern in the world. In the west the subject of activity borders of individual "I am" makes the basic emphasis on development of discursive-logical thought, verbal motivation of actions, precise comprehension. In the east - on development of intuition and figurative - sensual perception, spontaneity and naturalness of reaction, absence of verbal motivation of actions. Thus, in the west the sports are a struggle of individualities, which aspire to ratify the subjective beginning by means of an antagonism. East doctrines negatively concern to individual "I am", which is considered as the main obstacle to spiritual, moral-psychological and physical perfection of the man. The representatives of western and eastern schools achieve equally outstanding successes in sports. And study of activity of the human in aspect "East - west" on an example of sport will promote him more effective adaptation to fast changing, intense conditions of modern life in a global scale.
