The notions and terminology of sports abilities are still not clearly defined in the theory and methodics of sports training. The activities approach's methodology admits that in sports activities they can discuss only sports abilities. The latter are defined as individual features of person which forming and developing in the process of specific sports activities. Beside that, they are the prerequisites of sports success. Different ways of the same activities successful accomplishing are based on the point about unlimited variety of human abilities. The necessity of an individual approach to abilities forming and developing flows from the same point.
