The purpose of the first report is theoretic and experimental substantiation of using data technology in system of complex control and directing sports training. It is created automatic system (AS) "Reaction" is the computer realization of psychophysiological and psychophysical methods. It is shown the ability of using AS "Reaction" for practical ealization of differentiated way in physical training and education. AS "Reaction" can be used to investigate the basic characteristics of the nervous system of men (the forces of nervous system for excitation) and revealing the sensory impairments. Using of the AS "Reaction" favours the increasing of efficiency of teaching and educational process. It is substantiated the technology of monitoring of functional condition of organism of young sportsmen, allowing to ensure the estimation urgent and remote adaptive and disadaptive changes. It is shown the ability of using the automatic methods of impedance reography for noninvasive diagnostics of functional condition of young sportsmen.
