The work is devoted to the synthesis and analysis of the priority directions of medical and biological control in figure skating. The studies were carried out on a group of 58 elite skaters of various sports specializations in the process of training events and competitions in short and free-form programs. The significance and adaptability of morpho-functional parameters were determined: labile components of body weight, the functional state of the cardiovascular and autonomic nervous systems, orthostatic autonomic resistance, blood system indicators, the predominantly anaerobic nature of the changes in the performance of short and arbitrary programs, the role of oxygen transport, the state of the musculoskeletal system. Symptoms of disadaptation to stress were revealed: a sharp decrease in fat mass during puberty of girls and the effect on the regularity of the menstrual cycle, heart rhythm disturbance and myocardial repolarization processes, decrease in hemoglobin, symptoms of metabolic acidosis, trauma of musculoskeletal system.
