The purpose of the research - the development of a differentiated approach to the use of physical means of restoration at the stage of precompetitive training of highly skilled sportsmen of acyclic kinds of sports.
During the research it was revealed, that the physical means of restoration which are carried out in the appropriate technological modes, have a various orientation of action on an organism (tonic or relaxing). It is necessary for taking into account at planning regenerative actions.
