Vern Gambetta has helped numerous individuals and teams improve their performance by applying his principle-centered training programs. Based on scientific laws, functional movements and practical experience, these programs are specifically designed to develop "The Complete Athlete." Function is determined by analysis of the demands of the sport, the demands of the position or event, and most importantly, the qualities of the individual athlete. "The body is a kinetic chain that functions together to produce efficient movement," Vern says. "Therefore, I do not focus on individual parts in training -- rather, I design programs based on how the parts function together as a whole."
