The results of the researches which have been carried out within the framework of the international project on the basis of divisions of Northwest Olympic academy of Russia and School of leading of Sweden are presented in the article. The efficiency of the use of new technologies is shown: the mental training and the bioelectrocardiography psychodiagnosis, based on the method of the computer analysis of the processes of the discharge visualization, with the purpose of the increasing of the quality of mental training and the efficiency of the competitive activity of elite athletes. The necessity of the accounting of the genetic factor for diagnostics of motor-mental potential of the athletes and their psychoenergetical opportunities is emphasized.
