To determine the content and the main components of the competitive activities' system in sports kinds of gymnastics was the purpose of this study. It was accepted that the contemporary theory of activities must be in the centre of methodological conception for this research. As a result of the research it had become possible to substantiate the classification of the inner competitive activities' subsystems, including motivation, readiness, competitive actions, competitive loadings and behavior. The outer factors of competitive activities in sports kinds of gymnastics include the next subsystems: competitions, refereeing, conditions of functioning.
