Based on test data of physical form of women`s volleyball team members who participated in "National Elite Young Female Volleyball Training Program" from 2011 to 2018, applying information technology, this study has grouped data according to each year and each age group and therefore obtained statistical data as well as established databases on the average, mean value, minimum value, maximum value as well as sample size of the athletes` height(cm), weight(kg), BMI, hand-foot spacing(cm), finger spacing(cm). Applying the Excel software, this study has arranged and compared the average data of these five indicators, systemically analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of physical form of each age group from each year, thus revealing the characteristics of physical form of our country`s high-level reserve talents of women`s volleyball team, in an attempt to make sensible selections of teenage athletes, improve the rate of talent as well as to provide a theory basis for a scientifically appropriate training regime.
