Microcirculation disorders among young judoists in precompetitive period
(Mikrozirkulationsstörungen bei jungen Judoka in der Vorwettkampfperiode)
Annotation. The problems of weight cutting are always urgent. Different innovative methods use, which noninvasively show all violations of metabolic processes, which happen during weight cutting among juniors, are useful not only for young sportsmen, but for all training staff in terms of the existing system of young wrestlers training. Materials. This work is the continuation of the earlier research and is based on the conclusions, which were made in this earlier research work, where the states of microcirculation among sportsmen juniors, who used the method of weight cutting (in order to be included into a set weight category) while training for important competitions were studied. Received earlier conclusions were taken into consideration and on the basis of these conclusions corrections in the present work were made. The analysis is held of the rehabilitation measures application with the use of means, which improve metabolic functions in an organism using antioxidant preparations and balneological procedures in different combinations and their effectiveness is described. Research methods: scientific literature analysis and summarizing, observation, testing, computer capillaroscopy, the methods of mathematical statistics. Results. As almost all sportsmen have initial disorder of capillaries barrier function, which leads to background turbidity and difficulties during other indices of microcirculation estimation, usually the estimation of an integral index of microcirculation is taken into work - index of microcirculation (IM). IM reflects a barrier function of capillaries, demonstrating relevance of disintoxication system, transcapillary exchange and indirectly the resistance of the capillaries and the organism in general. Initially among all sportsmen, as a rule, the disorder of barrier function of capillaries and a background turbidity increase to 1 and 2 points is revealed, IM increase till 0,0625 - 0,125, which corresponds to 0 - I degree of microcirculation disorder. It is impossible to watch after the indices of microcirculation among sportsmen, who decrease weight during precompetitive period, because of a strong endogenic intoxication, which is conditioned by transcapillary, transtissue and transmembrane kinds of metabolism violation. Conclusion. The influence of weight cutting during precompetitive period on the state of microcirculation in an organism is described, with a complete explanation of microcirculation disorders influence, which happened during weight cutting among sportsmen-juniors, on all functions of an organism, which condition sports result, which an athlete would or won`t be able to demonstrate at the competitions in connection with his functional state (which he had achieved).
