Didelio meistriškumo futbolo komandos metinio treniruotes ciklo raidos analize

(Analyse der Entwicklung innerhalb eines einjährigen Trainingszyklus in einer Hochleistungs-Fußballmannschaft )

Long-term observation of high performance football teams training has shown that training for championships under the system of two macro-cycles has its own characteristics in the planning of educational-training process in the context of annual training cycle. However, in each country and, especially in Kazakhstan, it has its own specific conditions as well. The aim of the present study was based on experiment to study and compare the structure and content of the training process of football major league teams in different variants of the annual training cycle formation. During the research, technologies of building a workout in preparation of the annual cycle of the football club in professional league of Kazakhstan "Aktobe" in different seasons were analysed. Following events calendar, team training was carried out in two different annual cycles: during one season, the team participated only in the national championship and the championship Cup of the country (Option 1), during next season - in addition to these events, the team participated in the UEFA Champions League (Option 2). The one-year players` training program included number of training sessions, volume of training loads in hours, and determined the direction of physical activity performed by energy supply zones. The analysis of load parameters revealed the reflection of the current practice of professional football club players` training requirements and, presumably, can serve as a basis for planning high performance football players. The total volume of training and competitive loads under different variants of the annual training cycle formation was different: in Option 1 the load contained of 834 hours and in the Option 2-926 hours. It can be noted that the loads increased during the second championship round: it grew from 312 to 324 and, respectively, from 322 to 408 hours in Option 2. Consequently, in the second annual cycle construct, when the team participated in UEFA Champions League, the volume of training loads was reduced and the competitive load increased throughout the game stages. In different types of modelling annual cycles with participation in international tournaments, the most significant change was in physiological effects of stress on the body in the direction of increasing the volume of aerobic-anaerobic and anaerobic-alactic loads.
