The authors of the paper felt the need to point out the importance of maintaining the so-called. "Dry" training in swimming, through a practical example of the training forces. Although the work in the water with swimmers primary, we must not neglect a dry ie. Work on raising the general physical preparation, because in this way we strengthen all muscle groups needed to develop and improving swimming technique. Depending on the age of the swimmer, coach determines the frequency of training taking into account the sensitive phase of swimmers and the period in which the training takes place. These exercises have in practice shown their effectiveness because they are participating in the training this way national champions, vice-champions, state recorders and team members in various techniques and shares.
