Ambilaterality manifestation at junior female judokas in Tachi-Waza technique
(Ambilaterale Ausprägung der Tachi-Waza-Technik bei Juniorinnenjudoka)
The total training process in judo at the junior level assumes in an essential way the improvement of specific psycho-motric qualities, the enlargement of technical support and competition experience. The present study is focused on a specific particularity of coordinative ability, namely on its manifestation considering the dominant laterality in imposed working conditions.
During several assisted training sessions on the condition simulator, we focused on the (non)/dominant laterality manifestation at a junior female judoka group. We started from the hypothesis which specified that one previous trained Tachi-Waza technique can be executed with superior control and coordination items by one-or-other laterality, related to the athlete's individual particularities.
The conclusions of this study led to other hypothesis that will bring (through research) new informational aspects for individual combat sports
