These days there are lots of technological innovation which have been used in top level sports. New technologies special IT-innovations accelerate changes in a various range of aspects in professional sport from improving training and performance for athletes and trainers to making watching sport matches more accurate and enjoyable for spectators. This means a vast range of actors (social factors) are involved of this adopting new technologies process. In spite of proved advantages of applying technological innovation in sports, still there is no homogeneous in different sports for using them and evaluation the actor`s demand and acceptance behaviors. This study aims to access to a trend and propose a framework for the root of initiate idea for applying IT-innovations to the enduse level of them. Some aspects from management approaches are extracted to evaluate and analyze basic factors for applying IT-innovations in sports by using performed innovation projects. Some other theories from socio-technical field are used for interpreting results. At the end the guidelines and policies which can lead us to sustainability in applying technological innovations in sports are proposed.
