Movement termination and stability in standing
(Bewegungsunterbrechung und Stabilität im Stand)
This brief review develops a new conceptual framework for describing the influence of center-of-mass position and velocity on ability to terminate movement. Limitations of this dynamic conceptual framework and its applications in physical rehabilitation are explored.
