Metodiceskie podchody k modelirovaniju vlijanija cikliceskich vidov sporta na sostojanie serdecno-sosudistoj sistemy (na primere sportsmenov-lyznikov)
(Methodisches Herangehen an die Modellierung des Einflusses zyklischer Sportarten auf den Zustand des Herz-Kreislauf-Systems (am Beispiel von Skilangläufern))
The purpose of the research was to reveal the influence of cyclic kinds of sports developing endurance, on structural and functional changes of activity of heart and cardiovascular system of athletes.
52 skiers-racers in the age of 12-24 years participated in the research. Accordingly to sports qualification the clinical series were divided into 4 experimental groups. The first group included 18 athletes of 2nd sports category; in the second - 16 athletes of 1st sports category; in the third - 11 candidates in master of sports; in the fourth - 7 masters of sports.
The new facts, allowing to specify and add existing positions about changes in activity of heart and their dependence on age and sports qualification were established in the research.
The equations of linear regress testifying the close interrelation of sports qualification with age, parameters of the sizes of left heart's ventricle and intracardiac hemodynamics were designed.
The technique of examination offered by the author allows to differentiate the condition of myocardium, to reveal its hypertrophy at early stages, to estimate functionalities of heart, to diagnose various metabolic, electrolytic and other abnormalities in myocardium, and also derangements of the rhythm and conductivity of heart.
