The fast growth of sports results in skiing and become aggravated competition on international level urgently demand the further perfection of system of training of skiers-racers and biathlonists. The author carried out researches which purpose was the development of the program and conceptual bases, methodical basis and practical methods of formation of individual style of self-control in high skilled skiers-racers and biathlonists in competitive process on the basis of modern means of self-control. The research had the long-term complex character with use of medical and biologic and psycho-pedagogical techniques in the period from 1989 to 2001. In total 94 athletes of high qualification have taken part in the researches. The realization of the complex technique of self-control in the competitive process had promoted the significant improvement of personal results of athletes in national and international competitions.
