La Loma altitude training center

La Loma was inaugurated in November 2003 with goal of improving sports in Mexico and providing a first class training facility to athletes from all over the world. Since then, La Loma has had visitors from the United States, Sweden, Germany, United Kingdom, Canada, Costa Rica, France, Spain, Aruba and most of South America in the sports of swimming, track and field, tae kwon do, gymnastics, raquetball, tennis and soccer.
As a member of the International Association of High Performance Centers and quickly gaining recognition as one of the best Altitude Training Facilities in the world, La Loma.s main goal is to provide a first rate experience for its members and visiting athletes. A 150-person maintenance crew constantly cleans and maintains the training facility, assuring that all areas and equipment are always in excellent condition. Along with a first class facility comes first class service. A member of our staff is available 24 hours per day to help with questions/concerns regarding food (cafeteria), training venues, accommodations, transportation, phone and Internet services, medical needs.
