•Sea-level 10-14 days before
B) Giro D`Italia Stage Race:
•Specialized 3 month Cycle
•Train 5-9000ft base
•Sleeping 8500ft (mature athlete)
•Periodic sea-level racing
•Sea-level return 7-10 days
