As a result of the experimental research carried out by the authors there have been received the data on the factors determining the speed and the contents of decision-making. The subjective conditions of the decision-making that determine a situational choice, have been revealed. Also it has been revealed, that solving tactical tasks during the experiment the athlete spontaneously (depending on the contents of a game episode) occupies the place which is allocated to him in a real game situation, and operates according to the functions, duties in a team (on the role), determined beforehand.
