The congress will gather together scientists, medical doctors, coaches, representatives from the ski industry, students, and last but not least, athletes to discuss the latest developments in Nordic Skiing. This congress will be a good time to enjoy and share ideas between friends and colleagues. The Congress will be organized by the Sports Technology Unit (Vuokatti) of the Department of Biology of Physical Activity, University of Jyväskylä, Finland and Department of Sport Science and Kinesiology, University of Salzburg, Austria in co-operation with Vuokatti Sports Institute, The Centre for Measurement and Information Systems (CEMIS) and the Municipality of Sotkamo. The majority of the program naturally includes individual oral and poster presentations by colleagues from all over the world.
