Determination of the nutritional intake and energy balance in Swiss elite cross-country skiers
(Bestimmung der Nahrungsaufnahme und der Energiebalance bei Spitzen-Skilangläufern der Schweiz (Posterpräsentation))
The objectives of the research were (I) to investigate the energy intake and balance in Swiss national team cross country skiers and (II) to determine the macro and micro nutritional intake of the athletes and to compare them with the references from the literature.
