The electric activity of biceps had been studied in 42 elite weight-lifters using the varied loads when the same number of sets, repetitions in a set, and the volume of the performed work. The Fourier series quick transformation was used. It had been stated that the arising load in the conditions of the developing fatigue causes the myogram's square increasing and it's maximal spectrum power frequency's lowering. The loads of the increasing character are the most effective for a muscle strength's development without the training work's volume increasing.
