The authors analyze the technical readiness of the participants of the Asian Judo Championship among men and women by weight categories, using video registration of competitive meetings; the number of evaluated actions from various groups of techniques in the rack and stalls are determined, the technical training of Kazakhstan`s men and women judokas is evaluated, based on the analysis, recommendations for improving attacking actions in the rack and stalls, as well as defensive actions from techniques conducted by rivals during the Asian Judo Championship among men and women are developed, the main directions of modern development of the technical arsenal of athletes from various countries engaged in judo, it is recommended to study and improve effective technical and tactical actions in judo, taking into account the individual characteristics of judo athletes of various weight categories.
