Stronne zroznicowanie wykonania strzalow do bramki u uczestniczek Mistrzostw Europy i S'wiata w pilce noznej

(Laterale Differenzierung von abgegebenen Schüssen auf das Tor von Fußballspielerinnen bei Europa- und Weltmeisterschaften)

To become familiar with the phenomenon of symmetrisation in the goal shot technique in female soccer, 9 matches were analysed on the basis of a video recording taken during the II World Cup of females under 19 years of age from 2004 and 15 matches at the VI European Championships of female seniors in 2005. For this analysis, which took into account zones of the soccer playing field, goal sectors and topography of scored goals, use was made of match observation sheet. Results of observations indicated an explicit domination of shots made with the right leg - 73.8% in female juniors and - 68.6% in female seniors. Full symmetry in technique was recorded in young Brazilian female soccer players, and in female seniors the highest level of symmetrical preparation was manifested by the team from England. A rare phenomenon was domination of the left leg in female juniors of Australia and Canada, and in female seniors from France. The best teams were characterised by asymmetrical preparation with dominance of the right leg. Female juniors world champions, i.e. the German team, had the highest number of athletes kicking both with the right leg, as well as with the left one. The majority of female seniors was characterised by a more versatile preparation (60.0%). Only the representation team from Denmark had a lower number of "two-legged" soccer players. Female juniors slightly more frequently made kicks from the left zone of the soccer field, while female seniors from the right side. Kicks to goal sectors (left and right half) were made almost symmetrically and in the majority of cases they hit the lower lateral sectors. The high index of practical efficiency characterised over 28.0% of female seniors and female juniors. This index was most likely a result of a less efficient implementation of actions in defence, as well as a lower preparation level of female goal keepers. The gained results indicate that leading teams of the world have female players with symmetrical preparation, i.e. a two-legged one. Results of conducted observations also allow formulation of methodological recommendation for training of females.
