Kinematical analysis of the double-push action of inline speed skating
(Kinematische Analyse des Doppel-Abdrucks im Inline-Speedskating)
Purpose:
Through the description and analysis of the kinematical features of the double-push movement, the structural regularities of the movement were revealed and the correct technique established. The analysis demonstrates the rationale for the technique and provides a theoretical basis for the training methods used.
