The psychosomatic theory of a person practically used in such spheres of activity, as spiritual development, improving gymnastics and single combat has existed for some millennia in East Asia. The author has assumed, that it is possible to use the psychosomatic theory of a person in modern single combats and in various directions of physical culture and sports after the appropriate adaptation. The results of researches have shown, that the adaptation of East Asian psychsomatic theory of a person to the soviet system of single combats is possible, and the application of the techniques of training of single combat?rs from Ancient China in modern sports process - is effective.
