The significant progress in the development of the modern microprocessor technologies of receiving and processing of the information on various areas of human activity allows to solve the problems of the organization of researches in sports directly during a training and even a competitive activity. The problem of studying the technical-tactical skills in sports single combats appreciably becomes complicated because the athletes are in the constant or instant contact. Considering the biomechanical structure of movements, it is necessary to analyze spatial and power characteristics of the general center of mass of athletes. The problem of researches in the area of becoming and perfection of reliability of technical-tactical skill in view of modern technologies can be solved on the basis of the concept of telemonitor remote systems of pedagogical, biomechanical and medical and biologic support of training of athletes.
