Copryazhennaya tekhnicheskaya i fizicheskaya podgotovka c sportivnykh edinoborstvakh

(Gekoppelte technische und physische Vorbereitung im Kampfsport)

The authors suggest a relatively new method of athletes' speed-power capacities development - sport training with constant tensions of the main groups of muscles in this study. The training effect was gained by using of different plummets located on athlete's body during the experiment. Collected local plummets had been placed closely to the main links of athletes body (shoulders, shins, thighs) with the specially constructed system of belts. Additionally loaded muscles produce the forced contractions in order to accomplish the usual exercises, thus heighten requirements put on athletes' motor abilities. The athletes' speed and power abilities develop more effectively by multiple repetitions of usual exercises in regular conditions, without any sharp changes in training mode. The authors had shown, that the additional loads do not impact wrestling technique as well as its main parameters.
