Proizvol'noe formirovanie gipoventiljacionnogo dychanija na fone fiziceskich upražnenij kak sredstvo povyšenija vynoslivosti celoveka k intensivnoj fiziceskoj nagruzke
(Voluntary formationing of the hypoventilation respiration conducted against the background of physical exercises as mean of improving of the person`s functional state and it endurance at physical work to failure)
The purpose of this research was to study of the influence of hypoventilation training conducted against the background of physical exercises on the person`s functional state and their endurance at physical work to failure. In the survey 18 young volunteers took part in performing physical work on the bicycle ergometer to the point of refusal. Subjects were divided into 2 groups: the main group and the control group. Training in hypoventilation breathing in combination with physical exercises was carried out only for subjects of the main group, in the laboratory, once a week for 60 minutes for 5 weeks. Before and after training in the hypoventilation breathing technique, all subjects took part in 2 similar examinations, where they were asked to perform stress testing on a bicycle ergometer to failure. The subjects` condition was examined at rest and under load testing. During load testing ECG, pneumogram and EMG from the quadriceps muscle of the right thigh were recorded.
The time of physical work to failure was measured. Before and after the examination, the duration of breath holding on inspiration was assessed. It is shown that the hypoventilation training conducted against the background of physical exercises doubles the subject`s physical performance; however this increase requires from the body to significantly increase the "physiological price". Into time of refusal to perform intensive physical work, there was a marked tendency to decrease muscular effort against the background of a decrease in the frequency of the alpha-motoneurons discharges. We believe that it`s due to the development of protective inhibition of the cortex, inherent in extreme fatigue. The hypoventilation breathing on the background of physical exercises contributes to increasing the hypoxic resistance to motor hypoxia.
