This document provides methods , systems and kits for physiological benefit through activities with the addition of a reduced oxygen environment during inactive periods prior to and following each activity. The methods, systems, and kits are designed to enhance the subject's physiology as they relate to muscular force output while performing an activity. The methods and systems described in this document provide for significant improvements in muscular force output over conventional exercise methods as shown in FIG .
