The results of the carried out research have revealed the distinctions in the organization of the condition of rest and activity at persons with different degree of physical preparedness. The analysis of the bioelectric activity registered in the condition of rest, at physical loading and intellectual activity has revealed the leading role of the right hemi-sphere at the athletes. it is possible to explain the well-expressed alpha-activity at the athletes at open eyes more by the effective organization of the condition of rest, developed skills for relaxation out of muscular activity. It is typical, that at local work there was observed the increase in the amplitude of alpha-rate at the decrease in its frequency with the synchronization of activity.
