The author has carried out a complex inspection of the athletes-representatives of three kinds of sports and two countries - Iran and Russia. The questionnaire EPI has been applied, the questionnaire measures such mental properties, as neuropsychical lability, extroversion and psychotism. At rather small level of scrutiny of the East the attempts of the analysis of the cultural-historical process were carried out on wide and abstract level. The distinctions, found out in this or that sphere of culture-philosophy, religion, art, physical culture, etc., have been wrongfully extrapolated on a welfare complex as a whole. These conclusions are supported with the data of the author's experimental research.
