(Concept of the development individually focused system of physical culture and sport Leningrad region)
The author submits for consideration his own concept of the individual focused physical culture and sports. it allows optimally to combine interests of professional work and of a concrete person by means of its familiarizing with the process of physical perfection at different age stages of the individual physical development.
The program "The Development of physical culture and sports in Leningrad region for the period of 2005-2010" accepted on the basis of the Concept developed by the authors already bears the fruits. By the end of 2005 the number of the ones who is engaged in sports has grown up to 10,56%.
