As a result of studying and the analysis of norms of the Constitution of the Russian Federation in the subject of interaction of federal bodies of the government in the sphere of management of physical culture and sports the author has come to the conclusion, that the organizational structure of the system of the federal bodies of the government in the Russian Federation according to the Constitution of the Russian Federation provides their very close interaction. At the same time the author marks, that the resource opportunities of the system of interaction of the federal bodies of the government are used in insufficiently full measure. So, for example, for different reasons the State Duma of the Russian Federation can not start the consideration of the new draft "About physical culture and sports in the Russian Federation", that substantially constrains the development both mass physical culture, and sports of the maximum achievements.
