Transformacija organizacionno-pravovych form professional'nych klubov
(Transformation of organizational-legal forms of professional clubs)
The transformation of the organizational-legal forms of subjects of professional sports is an important aspect of the forming Russian model of professional sports. According to this criterion it is possible to judge those internal changes which occur in domestic professional commercial sports.
The analysis of the transformation of the organizational - legal forms of the professional clubs of Russia for the last 15 years has shown, that the given process has a dynamical character and is not completed to this day and the subjects of the professional sports are in search of the organizational - legal forms of functioning adequate to the modern conditions.
