Authors have set as the purpose the perfection of brain mechanisms at the persons actively engaged in physical culture and sports, with the use of the EEG-BF training. More than 560 athletes and students have passed the EEG-BF training, and at all the surveyed ones there was an improvement of the functional condition and as a consequence the increase of the sports result. the Application of the EEG-BF training at athletes for the competitive activity can be used as a method providing the influence on the bioelectric activity of a brain at the active participation of a person. The used technique does not cause any negative consequences in persons, who has passed the courses of the training that is confirmed by the catamnesis since November, 1998.
