The algorithm of an information-likelihood method stated in the Article can be applied not only at definition of the functional reliability of physiological systems of an organism of the athlete in real or predicted conditions of sports activity, but also at the complex estimation of the sports form in its likelihood interpretation concerning the achievement of the desirable sports result. Thus functional, psychoemotional and sports-technical parameters are used as specifications and they are accepted as the reference ones for the achievement of the set sports problems.
