(About construction of an optimal model of financing of physical culture and sports in conditions of modernization of the economic and social sphere in Russia)
According to the author's opinion, the former chairman of the state committee on physical culture and sports, it will be possible to reduce the number of problems in the management of the branch if precisely to differentiate the purposes, problems and directions of the work of the state and public subsystems of physical culture and sports.
According to the author's opinion, the process of the return from public organizations of a part of authorities of state importance under the state jurisdiction is very actual nowadays.
Legal, financial and administrative aspects of this complex process are described in the article.
